Our motivation at the Prison Reform Project a committment to empowering individuals who have had any contact with law enforcement by providing comprehensive re-entry support with a primary focus on the "housing first" model, employment, wellness, service linkages, and harm reduction. We extend our dedication to serve Veterans, the LGBTQ community, and Transition-Age Youth (TAY), recognizing the diverse challenges they may face.
The Prison Reform Project is dedicated to providing comprehensive re-entry support and wrap-around services to individuals who have had any contact with law enforcement. Our mission is to break the cycle of recidivism by offering the right resources, support, and guidance that empower individuals to find stability and purpose, reducing the chance of returning to a life of crime. We are committed to addressing the needs of the whole person, ensuring that each individual receives the necessary tools to reintegrate successfully into society. Our vision is a world where every person, regardless of their past, has the opportunity for a brighter future.
